how to become an r.e.p.
when it comes to project management training, both students and organizations value the r.e.p. designation as a sign of quality. to ensure the delivery of a quality education experience, pmi conducts an extensive evalsuation of each new r.e.p. applicant.
r.e.p. qualification criteria
pmi r.e.p. status is awarded to only tenured, quality, project management education providers who are aligned to pmi core values, with mature business practices and courses aligned to the pmi talent triangle. pmi considers various factors in approving training organizations for r.e.p. status, including but not limited to: training organization type, project management course portfolio, training locationss offered, languages offered, business tenure, business and social media reviews, course delivery methods offered, and responses to pmi essay questions. general qualification criteria include, but not limited to:
- provide evidence of legal business structure, tenure, quality course design, and delivery.
- show that course content is consistent with pmi global standards and how the course achieves the intended learning outcomes. alternatively, you can teach new concepts or concepts that differ from pmi standards if you clearly state the differences in your marketing and instructional materials
- courses aligned to the pmi talent triangle that generate pdus or contact hours for pmi certification holders and certification aspirants.
- use appropriate attributions of pmi intellectual property (ip) and adhere to pmi advertising policy
